HOT COCOA WITH LAKE OF DREAMS

Here’s a favorite recipe for a Winter Wellness Cocoa

2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 teaspoon ashwagandha

4 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

3 tablespoons raw cacao powder

1 ½ tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

Pinch of salt

1 full dropper of Lake of Dreams

 

Warm the milk, ashwagandha, and cacao. When hot, add honey, Lake of Dreams, and coconut oil

Add to blender and blend until frothy. Enjoy!
